Responsible for the daily operations at Port of Sub located inside the Casino.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned).

  • Directly supervisor Port of Subs Staff
  • Provide leadership and support
  • Hiring, training and coaching employees
  • Timekeeping procedures
  • Proficient in working all positions of the sandwich preparation and process
  • Adhering to health, safety and sanitation requirements
  • Achieve company objectives in customer service by ensuring that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Previous experience in the food industry
  • Previous cash handling experience required

Language Ability:

  • Must be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written English language.

Math Ability:

  • Excellent math skills; ability to calculate money accurately.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (Up to 8 hours)
  • Reaching, bending, stretching, lifting up to 25lbs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
