Title:Pioneer Crossing Dayton Maintenance/Facilities Worker
Performs general custodial and routine maintenance work in the casino and adjacent outside areas. Keeps all equipment in a clean, orderly, and functional condition. Aids staff, guests, and management as needed. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned)
  • Performs minor carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs
  • Performs touch up and finishing painting as needed
  • Follows daily assignment sheet
  • Follows all safety rules and procedures
  • Follows oral and written directions from management
  • Performs daily grounds maintenance

  • 1-year experience in Maintenance or Facilities within a casino environment preferred
Language Ability:
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English language-oral and written
 Math Ability:
  • Basic math/computational skills
Reasoning Ability:
  • Experience working with a variety of tools for repair/maintenance
  • Must be able to work at a steady pace to ensure that department schedule is kept
  • Ability to follow instructions (oral and written) and proper safety procedures
  • Ability to work well with others, and with minimal supervision
  • Good customer service skills and employee relations skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
Computer Skills:
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and 75lbs occasionally
  • Ability to handle and repair heavy-duty equipment
  • Must be able to push and pull heavy duty equipment
  • Prolonged walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and kneeling without restriction
  • Ability to withstand working with chemicals and noise of equipment
  • Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined areas
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
