Title:Gold Ranch Dayton Promotions Assistant
Gold Ranch Casino is hiring a full-time Marketing Coordinator. A Marketing Coordinator promotes and markets the Players’ Club and its program to guests on casino floor while promoting the Gold Ranch Casino brand and vision.
$10.00-$12.00 DOE

It is critical that the candidate works well in a team environment and fosters a problem solving, positive, can-do approach to all responsibilities below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned).

  • Provides superior guest service, interacting with internal and external customers in an efficient, friendly manner, promoting the Players’ Club, promotions and the Gold Ranch Casino Players’ Club Card.
  • Tracks availability of complimentaries for Players’ Club participants based on player activity, maintains database, updating player records monthly.
  • Assists managers with input of sensitive data entry into players’ accounts.
  • Maintains inventory and implements control of Players’ Club merchandise and promotional materials
  • Resolves customer complaints/issues in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Assists in coordination and execution of Players’ Club promotions.
  • Create and direct events and promotions on and off property to increase guest visits and casino play.
  • Assures that a consistent offering of special events, tournaments and promotions is scheduled for our casino customers and all rules and log sheets pertaining to event are complete
  • Ensures that all Casino Marketing efforts are properly coordinated with other departments.
  • Manage mailing lists for promotions and events and dividing them into different level of play to tier for mailings.


Marketing Relations and Event Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Coordinates with Food & Beverage on marketing ideas and implementation.
  • Directs some advertising and media.
  • Select and purchase gifts given during events.
  • Attends events on and off property to develop a relationship with guests and community members.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous Casino Marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with Casino guests
  • Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills required
