Human Resources Clerk/Revenue Auditor

$15-$16 DOE


 This is a hybrid position that conducts both Human Resources and Revenue Auditor Duties. Potential candidate must be flexible and able to work in a fluid, ever-changing environment.

Human Resources Clerk:
  • Under the direction of the Direct of HR Director, the HR clerk will be responsible for processing New Hires and terminations into the Gold Ranch Verdi.
  • Will work closely with the A/P supervisor on Payroll information, PTO, FMLA, etc.
  • Inputs new hire information into various systems and reports via Nevada Payroll Systems (NPS) and Great Plains (GPs).
  • Creates various reports ranging from Weekly to Monthly based on criteria asked for the Assistant General Manager and General Manager; sending reports via Outlook to all managers.
  • Processes New Hires that are required to have Gaming Registration; sends reports to the Nevada Gaming Control Board monthly for new hires.
  • Processes Gym Memberships and Shoes for Crews™ employee benefits; must send check requests to A/P Supervisor.
  • Maintains accurate record over Insurance information and signs up new employees, entering them into our insurance websites.
  • Receives various paperwork and processes them into several different systems before filing into employee personnel files.
  • Maintains and updates employee information periodically.

Revenue Auditor:

  • In charge of auditing one department from Gold Ranch Verdi; may audit other departments as needed. Also, responsible for logging information into several different reports daily.
  • Conducts Player Club Audit daily, printing the first of the audit while waiting to receive other half of Marketing’s audit before sending to Storage.
  • Responsible for VRT Reports. Dashboard Reports, and logging CTFs into a spreadsheet.
  • Responsible for Players Club Tournament logging and maintaining W-9s.
  • Responsible for KIOSK ATM Audit; to be done quarterly and tallied up before the end of the Quarter.

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
  • Ability to read, analyze and process all information in both HR and Revenue Auditing.
  •  Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties between both positions.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
  •  Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment.
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years related experience, training or equivalent combination of education/experience. Working knowledge of Excel and other computer programs.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
